This session had great significance to me.
Carri and I have been friends for over a decade. We’ve seen each other through hardships, joy, and life-changing events. She’s the kind of friend who tells it like it is, and I value her honesty. She gave me a certain fella’s phone number so that I could call him for the very first time… (eight years and two kids later, it’s safe to say she had a good feeling about us…) She shared a big king-sized bed with me the night before my wedding six years ago. She convinced a group of friends to buy me my very first digital camera as a wedding present. She applauded my decision to pursue a career in photography a few years ago and made me promise to take pictures when she got engaged, someday. She stands in support of every person she loves, never asking for praise or thanks. She is a generous and caring friend.
Well, someday has arrived. Carri has found her prince charming, and together they are a strong, solid team. They laugh a lot (a key ingredient to happiness & long life!). Brian — you lucky guy, you! Your incredible journey together is just beginning.
