Sneak Peek | Couple

When Madison invited me to come to her family’s 110 acre property for this photo shoot, I must say, I was excited. Even without seeing it, her description gave me the feeling it would be a perfect place for pictures. After arriving, Madison told me to hop on the Gator as we rode around from one location to the next, and this city girl tried not to reveal an abnormal amount of giddiness as I plopped into the seat. I’m pretty sure I squealed like a little girl each time we drove over a bump or whenever a giant grasshopper tried to fly into my face. Oh, well. All in a day’s work. {For those of you who may not know what a Gator is, I’m not talking about an alligator. It’s a John Deere utility vehicle. Just thought I’d clarify.}:)

Now what photographer doesn’t dream of a location like the one pictured below? Trees bending perfectly over a dirt road…swoon… Madison and her boyfriend Jared were kind enough to humor me as I suggested a little playful dancing. Although it was a crazy hot day (what day hasn’t been, this summer??), they didn’t seem to care. Uncomplicated, easygoing, and clearly in love, these two made me forget that I was working. The gloriously warm sunset helped a bit, too.

…and if you’re the kind of person who looks at all your pictures excitedly and then wonders, “now what do I do with them?” — here are a couple ideas.:)
